Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bad Times AI at https://badtimes-ai.org, run by the Bad Times AI team. By using the site, you agree to them.

The Service

Bad Times AI lets you upload one photo and get a short AI-generated video of that person or pet acting out the routine from the viral Bad Times trend. Bad Times AI is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Imael Angel, BOUUH YACHAKA, TikTok, ByteDance or Instagram/Meta.

Your Account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use.
• Every person shown in a photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to appear in the video. If it’s not you, you need their permission.
• Photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures are not allowed.
• Photos of your pets are welcome.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bad Times AI to:

• impersonate anyone, or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content;
• deceive people, commit fraud or spread false information;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

When you post a video made with Bad Times AI, label it as AI-generated.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us a limited permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you make, including posting them on social media.

The Song

The song “BAD TIMES” by Imael Angel is not included in our videos. Its rights belong to their owners. If you add it to your clip, do so through the platform’s own sound library and its rules.

AI Output

AI results can vary. Movements, faces, paws and backgrounds may not come out exactly as you expect, and we do not guarantee that a video will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Please watch your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

• Making a video uses credits. Credits can only be used on Bad Times AI.
• Credit packs are one-time payments, not a subscription, and their credits never expire. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and card payments are processed by Stripe.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• If a render fails, it is retried once automatically. If it fails again, the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Bad Times AI at any time. We may remove content, block generations, or suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these Terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Bad Times AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
